Day 1: Patient Preparation
• At 2300 h (11:00 PM) the patient must take 1 mg dexamethasone orally.
• Dexamethasone is provided by the Physician - Collection Instructions:

Day 2:
• Collect AM cortisol between 0800 and 1000 h
• Collect PM cortisol 8 hours later - if requested by ordering Physician
