Estimated glomerular filtration rate: ≥ 18 years: >59 mL/min/1.73 m2
For patients ≥ 18 years of age: an eGFR of < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 or a urine albumin-creatinine ratio ≥ 3 mg/mmol for more than 3 months suggests chronic kidney disease.

Note: Reduced muscle mass will lead to overestimation of eGFR and increased muscle mass will lead to underestimation of eGFR.
