Reflex testing for 14 high-risk HPV types is performed when:
• patient is > 30 years old with Pap result of atypical squamous cells of undetermined origin (ASC-US), or
• patient is > 50 years old with Pap result of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL)
